My name is Shannon Lee Gia. At a young age, I began teaching myself DOS commands, sparking a passion for technology. With a deep-rooted love for art, I discovered boundless possibilities by blending my creativity with my computer skills. While my formal education has contributed to my growth as a designer, I consider myself primarily self-taught. I thrive in collaboration but also enjoy independent projects, constantly seeking new challenges in graphic and web design.
In my free time, I love playing video games, seeing my favorite DJ’s play live and spending time with my Indian Ringneck Parrot, Sonic.
I have extensive experience working with various design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch. This expertise enables me to develop impactful, innovative designs and user-friendly interfaces, overseeing every stage from initial concept to final execution.
I have worked on campaigns for JPMorgan Chase, National Grid, and PayPal, along with various CPG brands, including Entenmann's, Thomas' Breads, Little Bites, and other brands under Grupo Bimbo. In my role as Senior Designer at Shift4, I had the opportunity to work on several high-level projects, including leading the company's complete visual rebrand and creating marketing campaigns for Visa and Mastercard.
I also have experience creating and working with brand guidelines, ensuring that all design elements adhere to the brand's visual identity. Additionally, I consistently follow WCAG compliance standards, ensuring accessibility for users with disabilities across digital platforms.
I’m tech savvy, and am familiar working within platforms like Monday, ClickUp, and Jira. If I run into any problems or blockers, I take the initiative to troubleshoot and solve them.
